About Us

Jerry's Appliance is a small, family owned and operated appliance business in the Greeneville section of Norwich. We service and sell all major brands and types of appliances, including refurbished. Timmy's grandfather, Jerry Allain, started this business in 1972 and we have been serving New London County and beyond ever since. Our business was built on honesty, integrity, loyalty, and pride. Because we are small we can give our customers the personal service that can't be found in the larger stores, while remaining competitive on price.

Jerry's has been creating a niche in serving not only individuals, but multi-family property owners and non-profit organizations. Our Technicians

Timmy Allain - Owner and operator of Jerry's. Timmy has been working on appliances almost from the time he started walking! He is the third generation to own the store and brings a vast knowledge of the latest and greatest in appliance repair. If Timmy can't fix it, nobody can!

Calvin Gaudette - Calvin joined the Jerry's team in 2019 as an apprentice. Not long after that Calvin was out on the road running service calls full time.  Since his start Calvin has become a master samurai certified technician and has traveled as far away as texas to recieve the best training the industry has to offer.  If Calvin can’t fix it, nobody can.
